OBEY THE COMMISSION
DISCIPLES-MAKING DISCIPLES!
We exist to be conformed into the image of Christ by being a disciple and making disciples. Romans 8:29 & Matthew 28:19-20
We advance Christ’s Kingdom by multiplying disciples and disciple-making churches around the world. Our goal to lead people into a growing relationship with Christ by equipping God’s people for the work of service, so the body of Christ may be built up. Our Vision to renew churches, by finding gaps and filling those gaps and take them through the disciple-making disciple process
OPERATION DISCIPLE
Every Church, every believer, making disciples!
The fast-paced world we live in, with its growing possibilities, often provides just as many opportunities for distractions as it does for growing in our walk with Christ. Social media, television, and politics. The list could go on, but none of these things truly edify our relationship with Christ, and yet we allow them to have a greater impact on our life. The warm feeling you get when you attend a meeting outside of your normal Sunday morning service and walk away feeling accomplished. It can be likened to the feeling of going to the gym and getting a great workout. There is something special about knowing you seriously put in work. Attending the gym regularly produces results. Strength, endurance, and resistance increase. How would you feel if you put all your time, sweat, and energy into regular session at the gym with a personal trainer, but saw zero results? You would probably question the effectiveness of the program, look for other venues to gain growth, or simply give up on the idea that growth is possible. It is so evident! Following this same thought process, it leaves us with a great question: “Why do we attend church, but have little desire for evident growth?”
Day after day, churches offer programs to help its members grow, and yet the body of Christ is not reflecting this fact. The unfortunate truth is about 2.7 million church members fall into inactivity every year. Beyond that fact, The United States, following China and India, now ranks third in the number of people who are not professing Christians. This means that the U.S. is becoming an “unreached people.” Where is the Church? The one that claims to live according to the Book of Acts, where is that church? READ MORE

WHAT WE DO
We have been spreading the Gospel through discipleship since 1996. We are at the forefront of a seismic shift in the Church. Discipleship is a must in our Church today!
OUR MISSION
Matthew 28:19-20
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Our mission is to set people free by awakening the purpose of God in them through discipleship. We exist to lead people into freedom from being “saved enough,” to a life that is producing fruit daily. We exist to supply hope to a hungry churches that are desiring to impact their world and change their community. We exist to teach people that there is life in relationships and it is a vital part of the Kingdom of God.
“Cheap grace is the preaching of forgiveness without requiring repentance, baptism without church discipline, Communion without confession, absolution without personal confession. Cheap grace is grace without discipleship, grace without the cross, grace without Jesus Christ, living and incarnate.
— Dietrich Bonhoeffer, The Cost of Discipleship
FOR THE PASTOR
FOR THE PASTOR
As a Pastor of a local church we can go one of two ways, we can be very complacent, we can get comfortable with the status quo. Or we can get discouraged, dis-heartened, and even depressed at times. We feel like we have tried, and tried to get people motivated, get the congregation to step out of their comfort zone. We have been frustrated and maybe even frustrated now! Always asking yourself why, or where has this gone wrong, or maybe what did I do, or not do?
We have had the same 100 or 500 people for 20 years and nothing is changing. Some have grown and just plateaued and you have no idea how to fix it. We are here to help! With over 21 years in Ministry and 10 years in the Business world, we have seen this same thing in most every Church we have come across. It is not new, nor are you alone! Some churches are asking themselves why and how do I fix it? Really most never realize that they have an issue until faced with a few questions. We have to be honest with ourselves!
Question 1
Is your Church growing? If not, then why? How do you measure growth?
Staggering statics show that over 50% of Churches in America have not added to their congregation in 2 years! There are around 4,000 churches closes their doors every year. We have to ask ourselves why?
Question 2
Does your Church have an actionable plan for growth? Does it have clear goals on how to grow spiritually and physically?
Every year, 2.7 million church members fall into inactivity. This translates into the realization that people are leaving the church. The United States now ranks third (3rd) following China and India in the number of people who are not professing Christians; in other words, the U.S. is becoming an ever increasing “un-reached people group.”
Question 3
What is the purpose of your church? What is the purpose of having church? Does your congregation know your vision statement and mission statement? Without a Vision the people perish!
Below shows the reason why we must have a clear plan on how to grow! 94% of churches never reach more than 500 people! We have to ask the question as to why?
Only about 20% of people attend church every week. We live in a highly unchurch population group, behind China and India we are the 3rd largest un-churched society. We must have a plan to stop the epidemic of people not hearing the Gospel of Jesus and Churches not being filled with disciples of Jesus.
If not this, what?
If not you, who?
If not now, when?
